A pupil of Shining Star Group of Schools, Okala Jotham Chubiuojo won the 2024 Intelligent Quotient(IQ) Competition in FCT for the Upper Primary category.
Young champ aced the English Language and Mathematics based test to clinch this prestigious award, thereby setting a standard for successive head boys of the school.
The competition, which took place on May 25th 2024, had in attendance, other top schools in Abuja, but Young Jotham emerged the winner for the Senior Primary category.
Elated by this noble feat, the Executive Vice Chairman, Victoria O. Imomoh, during the school’s general assembly, honoured the nine year old, and cheered him for making his parents and the school proud.
During his interview with Ohikere Onyinoyi Inya, the president of Shining Star Press Club, Jotham disclosed that ‘consistency’ and ‘hardwork’ were and are still his watchwords. He charged prospective participants to study voraciously so as to not only learn to pass but to expand their scope of reasoning.
