Your towel might actually be dirtier than your toilet seat. Towels collect everything; sweat, dead skin, body oils, bacteria, and even fungi.

And when they stay damp after use, those germs multiply at lightning speed.
So, each time you wipe your freshly bathed body with a dirty towel, you’re basically putting those germs right back on your skin.
That’s how some people end up with acne, body odor, or skin rashes; without realizing the towel is the hidden culprit!
Here’s how to keep your towel clean and safe:
Wash it at least twice a week (more often if you sweat a lot).
Always dry it under sunlight or in open air, never leave it damp.
Use separate towels for your face and body.
Replace old or rough towels every 6 months.
You wash your clothes every week… but when last did you wash your towel? 🤔
Stay clean. Stay healthy.
