The campaign, tagged Peak Love Back-to-School, focuses on the role parents play in preparing children physically and emotionally for a new school year.

For many families, school resumption brings a familiar list of responsibilities.

Uniforms must be prepared, books and school supplies purchased, lunchboxes arranged and household routines adjusted to accommodate the demands of another academic term.

Peak said its campaign is built around the idea that these preparations are expressions of parental love.

The initiative includes shopper offers across selected outlets nationwide, with school-related gifts such as water bottles and lunch flasks available with qualifying purchases.

The campaign also features experiential activities where participating shoppers can win items including laptops, school bags and educational tablets.

According to the company, the activities are designed to provide families with additional value during a period when household spending often increases significantly.

The campaign began rolling out from August 17 across selected retail and consumer touchpoints.

Peak Marketing Manager Omolara Banjoko described the back-to-school period as an important moment for families because it represents a fresh start and another stage in children’s development.

She said the campaign was intended to support parents as they prepare their children for the new academic year.

Beyond the promotional aspect, the campaign highlights the wider importance of children’s nutrition during school periods.

Parents often have to balance school fees, transportation, uniforms, books, food and other expenses as they prepare their children for resumption.

For families facing rising living costs, initiatives that provide practical school-related value can therefore offer some relief.

The campaign also taps into the emotional side of school preparation.

For children, the return to school can bring excitement, nervousness and anticipation.

For parents, it represents another opportunity to encourage their children, provide the essentials they need and prepare them for a fresh academic challenge.

As schools reopen across the country, Peak’s campaign is positioning the back-to-school season not simply as a shopping period but as a moment when families renew their commitment to children’s growth, learning and wellbeing.
