Once upon a time, a young girl named Lily lived with her parents, seven brothers, and an adopted sister named Chloe. Driven by jealousy, Chloe hated Lily and wanted to take everything from her, including her fiancé.

To achieve this, Chloe created a fake video that made it appear as though Lily had been unfaithful to her fiancé. Believing the video without investigating, Lily’s fiancé ended their engagement, while her family disowned her and sent her away from home.
Heartbroken, Lily sought refuge with her best friend, Daisy. The two girls lived, studied, and supported each other through the difficult period. Meanwhile, Chloe took Lily’s place at home, became engaged to Lily’s former fiancé, and won the favour of their parents. She also continued to bully and harass Lily at school.
Chloe’s continued deceit
One day, Lily and Chloe met at a local supermarket. Chloe pretended that Lily had pushed her, hoping to turn their brothers against Lily. When they confronted her, Lily asked them to check the supermarket’s CCTV footage.
The footage exposed Chloe’s lies, angering her brothers and causing them to cut ties with her.
However, Chloe did not stop. During lunch at school, she tried to make Lily trip but fell herself when her plan failed. She then provoked a fight between them.
The school principal summoned Lily and Daisy but believed Chloe’s account of what happened. As punishment, he ordered Lily and Daisy to clean the entire school for five weeks.
After completing their punishment, Lily and Daisy decided to get back at Chloe. They locked her inside a school restroom for five hours before her brothers arrived looking for her. The following day, Lily deliberately spilt food on Chloe’s clothes, embarrassing her in front of other students.
The truth comes to light
Angry about what had happened, Chloe reported Lily and Daisy to her family and fiancé. The following day, her family confronted the girls at school and demanded an apology.
Lily refused, insisting that she had been wrongly accused. The disagreement escalated into a physical confrontation, during which Lily collapsed. Daisy rushed her to the hospital.
Medical examinations revealed that Chloe had not suffered the injuries she claimed to have sustained. Lily also confronted Chloe about an allergic reaction she had suffered during their fight, exposing what she believed was another attempt by Chloe to harm her. The original video was also revealed to have been fabricated.
Realising the extent of Chloe’s deception, Lily’s parents, brothers and former fiancé apologised for their actions and asked for her forgiveness. They had Chloe removed from their lives and welcomed Lily and Daisy home with a grand celebration attended by several important guests.
Lily’s final victory
Even after being exposed, Chloe remained determined to harm Lily. During the celebration, she drugged Lily’s drink and held her hostage for two weeks.
When Chloe demanded a confrontation with the family, a relative managed to disarm her with a heavy object, bringing the ordeal to an end.
Lily later emerged from a five-month coma after receiving intensive medical care and eventually recovered. Chloe was taken to court and sentenced to life imprisonment, bringing an end to her campaign of deceit and violence.
Moral lessons
Avoid jealousy: Envy can lead people to hurt others and make choices that eventually destroy their own lives.
The truth matters: Lies may cause pain and confusion, but seeking evidence and examining the facts can help expose deception.
Be honest: Honesty and integrity are important foundations for trust and healthy relationships.
Do not rush to judge others: Before accusing or condemning someone, take time to hear both sides of the story and establish the facts.
Choose forgiveness over revenge: Responding to wrongdoing with more wrongdoing can make a difficult situation worse. It is better to seek help and pursue justice peacefully.
