A man once stood in a graveyard, sadly gazing at a grave. His phone rang—it was an urgent call from the hospital asking him to come immediately. Quietly and with heavy steps, he walked away.

When he arrived at the hospital, a tense-looking man was standing beside a door labelled “Operation Room”. The man began shouting at him angrily.

“You irresponsible buffoon!” he yelled. “You’re a doctor! Don’t you know my son is dying!”

The doctor said nothing. He calmly dressed and entered the operating room.

Two hours later, the surgery was over. The doctor walked straight to his office without speaking to anyone. Confused, the angry man turned to a nurse and asked, “Why is he like this? Why is he not speaking to anyone?”

The nurse replied sadly, “His only son died last week and was buried yesterday. In fact, he was at the graveyard when we called him for the operation.”

The man felt deep regret. He realised he had judged the doctor without knowing his pain and personal struggle.

Moral Lesson: Never judge others without understanding their struggles.
