It was a memorable day – Wednesday, 5th January 2025 at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, venue of the 13th edition of the Annual Inter-House Sports competition of the Capital Science Academy, Kado – Abuja.
Declaring the event open, the Principal/CEO, Bunuyaminu Bello Yero said the school is known for its all-round training of the child, which places premium on both academic and extracurricular aspects of learning for the kids.
The grand finale, which came after several weeks of intense preparation, saw our students showcase their athletic and general sporting talents.
Several sport features beginning with fill-in the basket for Early Years through Long Jump, races and Tug of War saw the students competing for medals. The activities climaxed with the popular march past, which was the metaphorical icing on the cake.
Kennedy House triumphed in the track events followed by Churchill. Gandhi House came 3rd and Mandela House placed 4th. Ghandi House also won the Tug of War. In the march past, Churchill won.
