Physical Health 

Stay hydrated: Drink at least 8 cups (64 oz) of water per day.

 Exercise regularly: Aim for 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise, 5 days a week.

Eat a balanced diet: Focus on whole foods, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats.

Get enough sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. 

Get regular check-ups: Stay on top of your health with regular doctor’s visits.

Stay organised: Use a planner or app to keep track of your schedules and tasks.

Practise gratitude: Take time each day to reflect on the things you’re thankful for.

Learn to forgive: Let go of grudges and focus on moving forward.

Remember, small changes can add up over time. Start with one or two tips and work your way up to a healthier, happier you!
