Affirmations

Affirmations allows us to focus on our goal and with practice and repetition, they will become automatic and eventually a new pattern in the mind. Affirm you self positively by having “I can do it” mindset.

Meditation

Close your eyes and try to empty your head from thoughts by focusing on your breathing. The focus on the natural rhythm of your breaths, distracts you from thinking negative thoughts and relaxes the body.

Sleep well

Get eight hours of sleep on the night before the exam. Sleep helps Amygdala to rest and be relaxed. Sleep in a dark and cool room.
