Child rights and responsibility

What are child’s right?

Child right are fundamental duties of a parent, which must be taken care of. When we say child right, I do not mean that parent should pamper their children but they should love them and show affection towards them. Child pampering is not a way of taking care of children but a way of making their life bitter.

Parent pamper children to the extent that they expose their children to too much money given the child the freedom to do what they want without knowing that that freedom will be sadness in the future. And that will make the child to do what they want without realizing what they are doing is wrong. In some cases, the parent will not even know that the child started Drinking, smoking, spending night at a club. In some cases, the child may not be exposed to money but will end up behaving strange. The child will start stealing the parent’s money, the parent will see him with new and expensive things but they will never ask him where he got the money from. So from that the child will think his parent don’t care about his social life and his wellbeing.

What will happen when you deny a child his right?

First, the child life changes and the child become moody. He will feel left out among his classmates and he will be the odd one. Before that, the first thing that will come to that child’s mind is “Are you my real parent or did you abduct me.” So if a child think like this, it means you give the child the key to bad morals.

What I mean by bad morals is that they will start behaving weirdly, his mode of dressing, his speech; his way of relating with people will change. He will start stealing his parents’ money and other valuable items to sell to get enough money. When the child start all these it is not all parent that will stand and discuss with their children what is going on in their life.

As regard to educational aspect the parent are to be blame. Because some parent want to choose their children’s career while some children don’t want to follow the parent choice but can’t do anything about it.
